Supervisor Pathways: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced

Bundle Description Learners on this pathway prepare to move into supervisory roles by focusing on effective communication and listening skills, leadership skills in running meetings, creativity, teambuilding skills, problem-solving skills, and leadership that recognize the need for diverse, equitable, and safe workplaces. This pathway employs three levels.  It will take learners over 40 hours to complete this pathway.
