Supervisor Intermediate Pathway

Bundle Description  Learners on this pathway prepare to move into supervisory roles by focusing on effective communication and listening skills, leadership skills in running meetings, creativity, teambuilding skills, problem-solving skills, and leadership that recognize the need for diverse, equitable, and safe workplaces. This level introduces the role of a leader and skills to support leadership. It also focuses on working in a group with attention to group decision-making, collaboration, and development.
