I highly recommend completing my 8 Week Just Start Program before completing this plan. The 8 Week Just start program will give you the foundation you need to succeed. I created this plan for anyone who wants to get a “taste” of what my 12 Week Bootcamp looks like. We will provide you 2 weeks of meal plans along with shopping lists and recipes. You will prep your food on Sunday and enjoy 3 healthy meals, a snack, and a dessert everyday. You will be allowed 1 free day each week. This day can be on any day of the week and can even include alcohol. Our hopes for you is that you enjoy our program so much you want to dive into our 12 Week Bootcamp! That is where the real results happen! You can lose up to 25 pounds in 12 Weeks. What can you expect to happen in 2 Weeks? Clearer skin, better digestion, more energy, and the basic knowledge of what meal prepping is all about. I feel very strongly about the fact that it all starts with food! You can work out 7 days a week, but if yo
