We created this plan for clients who have completed the Melfit 12 Week Bootcamp Phase 1 successfully and still have some weight to lose or goals to reach before moving on to either our Melfit 6 Week Shred plan or our Melfit 12 Maintenance Plan. 💜Plan is accessible through the Melfit App (no PDF or having to log into a website) 💜Weekly meal plans that include 36 healthy main dishes, 12 snacks, and 12 desserts. 💜No logging, macro, or calorie counting. 💜Weekly check in’s and accountability from Coach Mel. 💜25 minute at home workouts with a mat and a set of dumbbells. 💜Easy 25 minute or less recipes that are gluten free, dairy free, and no processed sugar. 💜Video workouts and instructional cooking/food prepping videos that can be streamed on your T.V. or tablet. 💜Detailed shopping lists provided for each week. 💜Education that teaches you how to lose weight, maintain, and create a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
