Unakite is a type of altered granite composed of pink feldspar and green epidote. This rock was originally found in the Unaka mountain range of North Carolina (United States); however, it can be found in many locations all over the world. This particular unakite is from South Africa and features a lovely balance of pink and green tones. Our powdered material consists of mostly silt and clay sized particles. Our powders do have a slight grit to them.
