Give the gift of bacon - 14oz of each of our signature country bacon flavors! This set includes Applewood Smoked Country Bacon, Hickory Smoked Country Bacon, Hickory Smoked Pepper Bacon, and Maplewood Smoked Country Bacon. Our bacon is dry-rubbed with salt and sugar. The slow curing allows the mixture to absorb into the slab. Next, the country bacon goes to a smokehouse where it is naturally smoked. The smoke produces a golden brown finish. No water is added so it won't shrink like those other bacons you may have tried. This bacon is sliced 1/8 inch thick and each package is 14oz. *Applewood Bacon, Maplewood Bacon, Hickory Bacon, and Peppered Bacon are USDA approved out of refrigeration for up to 7 days.
