Our Maplewood Smoked Country Bacon gives off an incredible flavor that will leave you wanting to cook up some more! It goes great alongside cheesy eggs, added to a hearty sandwich, or even topped over a salad. Our bacon is dry-rubbed with salt and sugar. The slow curing allows the mixture to absorb into the slab. Next, the country bacon goes to a smokehouse where it is naturally smoked with Maplewood. The smoke produces a golden brown finish. No water is added so it won't shrink like those other bacons you may have tried. This bacon is sliced 1/8 inch thick and each package is 14oz. *Applewood Bacon, Maplewood Bacon, Hickory Bacon, and Peppered Bacon are USDA approved out of refrigeration for up to 7 days.
