Friday, November 7th, 6:00-8:00 pm $250 per Workstation (Hands-On) EACH WORKSTATION FACILITATES UP TO 2 GUESTS  Limit 5 Workstations  Join Chef Soledad Liendo, a graduate of the International Institute of Culinary Arts in Buenos Aires.  In pairs, participants will prepare these recipes and learn cooking techniques and tips which can be utilized in your everyday cooking. Menu 1-Smoked Salmon Blinis 2-Whole Branzino  3-Tilapia Cakes 4-Mussels Gratin 5-Steamed Clams in Broth and Herbs 6-Honey and Sesame Shrimp 7-Fried Calamari    Includes wine.  Currently featuring Veritas Vineyards Red Star and Saddleback Chardonnay wines.   Book below or feel free to call 434-977-2665 to book during business hours.
