Gorgeous early 19th-century buffet or cabinet in the style of French Louis XV. Beautifully crafted from solid oak, showcasing naturally aged patina on the wood finish with a rich brown color. The cabinet is fronted by two carved asymmetrical doors with original escutcheons hardware and metal hinges The doors have a working lock mechanism with one key. The doors reveal a divided storage space lined with yellow fabric. The cabinet is raised on hand-carved scroll toes typical for the Louis XV style. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a Classic French provincial profile.- Origin: Provence, France- Dimensions: W 53" x D 25.5" x H 34.5"- Condition: Good, minor wear consistent with age and use.
