Venner Hat Pattern

Venner means Friends in Norwegian. I thought that if I could give my little one any gift in the world, I would surround him/her with friends and family. That was the thought behind this little Nordic hat. This hat has a whimsical shape. It has a triple-thick brim to keep your little one warm for hours of outdoor play, ear flaps to keep those ears toasty warm, and a square top that playfully flops over. Its square corners are delightful with or without pompoms.This little hat made me smile when I made it. And makes me smile when I see it toddle around.
