Turkish sea cucumber is from Mediterranean Sea near Turkey and Italy. They are general small, about 40 pieces per pound. Sun dried without sugar or salt.   This sea cucumber tastes crunchy, similar to the popular Mexican peers. The tendon is slightly yellow after soaking.    泡发方式: 取干净无油的锅,纯净水浸泡48小时,每天换水一次,直到回软。 剪开海参腹部,清理肠肚和石灰嘴。 换水盖过海参,大火煮开,小火保持微沸30分钟,关火后加盖自然冷却至室温。 更换纯净水再浸泡2天左右,每天换水一次,等海参泡发更大,完全回软即完成。如有需要,可继续重复煮制和浸泡的步骤。 一次性可以多量泡发,泡发好的海参分包冷冻。冷冻时间最好不超过6个月。每次食用解冻即可。
