The swordfish coming out of Hawaii is superior in quality than, and preferred over, foreign imports; and, Hawaii is a major source for our fresh swordfish. Swordfish is caught at night, preferably under a full moon, with shallow-set longlines. We receive fresh shipments of swordfish daily and we cut-to-order
