This is another organic pigment we carry, which is a medium red "azo"organic dye attached to an inorganic "substrate" which turns it into an organic pigment, tending to impart a degree of transparency. It has medium tinting strength. It has been called "barn red" or "hansa red". Carmine red, hansa yellow, phthalo blue, and phthalo green are other organic pigments we carry that start as dyes.
