2 Part Workshop with Osito’s Chef Seth Stowaway

Join us for a one-of-a-kind evening on the water: a hands-on ceramic workshop followed by an intimate, open-flame dinner with Chef Seth Stowaway — formerly of Osito. With Osito now closed, this is the only place to experience Seth’s food right now. You’ll start by making your own ceramic piece with the MMclay team, then sit down to an open-fire meal prepared on-site aboard a private barge in Sausalito. This event is extremely limited — only 10 seats total. We’ll send full event details (timing, what to bring, where to go) after registration. Part 1 (June 8th): Create a plate or bowl at MMclay studio, guided by MaryMar. We’ll fire your pieces for you so they will be available for the second part of the workshop. Part 2 (June 29th): Head to Sausalito, where Chef Seth Stowaway takes over with a cooking demo. Enjoy a plating session on the new wares you made and enjoy dinner at this intimate dining experience.
