Description  Overview The webinar will focus on equipping participants with effective strategies and tools to evaluate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within their organizations. It will cover multiple aspects of evaluation, including self and performance evaluations, climate surveys, and the utilization of the Multicultural Organizational Development (MCOD) model. Participants will learn how to assess individual awareness and biases, measure the overall perception and experiences of students and employees through climate surveys, and utilize the MCOD model to evaluate and develop DEI efforts at different levels within the institution.By the end of the session, participants will have a clear understanding of how to evaluate DEI efforts comprehensively. They will learn to apply self and performance evaluations to assess individual awareness and biases. Additionally, participants will gain insights into the importance of climate surveys for capturing the experiences and perceptions of students and employees. Furthermore, the webinar will guide participants in utilizing the MCOD model to evaluate DEI efforts at the institutional level, allowing for a comprehensive assessment of departments, divisions, and the entire organization.
