This Yowah boulder opal necklace is a beautiful example of a natural Australian boulder opal with opal in what are referred to as nuts. It has nice markings as well. The host iron stone is a earthy brown color. The precious opal in this piece flashes in multi color. We handmade both the stone and the silver setting for this piece. The boulder opal is held by a sterling silver bezel. We added hand hammered texture to the outside edge of this piece. This is a high quality boulder opal, handmade in Wisconsin. The included chain is solid sterling silver.  Our stones are mirror polished and so there will be reflections in the pictures. We take pictures in direct bright light that simulates what your stone will look like in direct sunlight. Stones look very different in low or artificial light.
