Then those are grinded coarsely as a process of manufacturing Raw cacao nibs. The organic cacao comes directly from the Sambirano Valley in Madagascar. These cacao are grown, harvested, and processed by local farmers using traditional methods.  These cacao beans are delicious on their own or as an ingredient.
