Devon at Jailhouse Studio - Portland - photogravure print - The Weekly Edition

A few years back my dear friend Katharine Jacobs was part of Jail House Studio, a very cool art studio / gallery in Portland. Devon was over modeling for us and I made this portrait of her doing what she does best, playing a role of a woman from days long past.  This is a larger than normal plate for me printed on a 15x20 sheet so the edition is a bit smaller. This hand-pulled photogravure print is made with Charbonnel carbon black, raw sepia, and warm sepia inks with a dash of Charbonnel sanguine ink on Hahnemühle copperplate paper. I printed an edition of 7 numbered prints and  3 A/P prints.  Hand-pulled print by Ray Bidegain Limited edition of 7 8 x 10 inches on an 15 x 20 sheet. Signed numbered and dated by the artist on the lower front.
