TBS Buffer 20X with 2% Tween 20

TBS Buffer 20X with 2% Tween 20 is a pH stabilizing solution. It is specially formulated to enable washing without disruption of antibody-antigen binding interactions in ELISA. Tris-buffered saline is formulated with Ultra Pure Sodium Chloride and Tris base in triple-distilled, deionized water.
