Product DescriptionTris-buffered saline with a 0.5% Tween® 20 (TBST) has a 20X concentration and a pH level of 7.4. Buffer is stored at room temperature.TBS is a pH stabilizing solution used for Western blot and ELISA procedures. It has an optimal formulation of salts and pH stabilizers which enable washing without disruption of antibody-antigen binding interactions. It is used as a washing buffer for alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase conjugates in Western blotting. Tween® 20 is a non-ionic detergent that reduces non-specific binding and protein-protein interaction during the washing step in immunoassay procedures.Warning: For laboratory use only.
