TBS Buffer 20X with 0.1% Tween 20, Sterile

TBS Buffer 20X with 0.1% Tween 20, Sterile, or Tris-buffered saline, maintains pH in immunoassays. It is used as a wash buffer and antibody diluent in Western blotting, as well as to reduce background noise in IHC.
