
Art Deco Picture Frame with Buddy Picture Circa 1930
A stylish brass Art Deco with a geometric design and a brown velvet back. The frame has an old-World War 1 buddy picture mounted on a plum mat board. The frame is held up by a fold out easel. There are also two brass loops on the upper back in case you would like to hang the picture. The back has a paper foil label that reads “BACHARACH Photographs of Distinction” with the profile of a woman. MEASUREMENTS Frame – 9 7/8” (25.1 cm) tall x 7 ½” (19.0 cm) wide x ½” (1.3 cm) thick, Photo – 5 ½” (14.0 cm) tall x 3 ½” (8.9 cm) wide. Weighs 1 lb 3.0 oz (510 g) CONDITION There is a slight dent on the top back edge of the frame that doesn't show from the front. There is light-moderate wear and a few scratches to the gold patina, although it’s still very shiny. There is some wear to the brown velvet on the back.
