Learn abundle of techniques for binding off your projects by making samples. You can then use thesamples to choose the right bind off for your piece. PrerequisitesKnit, purl, cast on. Skills LearnedEight bind offs will be covered (as time allows). SuppliesSwatches done in smooth, light-colored, worsted weight yarn (see "homework"); leftover yarn from swatches; knitting needles in the size that you usually use for worsted weight yarn; small-sized double-pointed needles; blunt tapestry needle; optional: hang tags for marking swatches. Homework8 swatches of garter stitch, each 40 stitches wide by 2" long, and one swatch of k1, p1 rib, 40 stswide by 2" long. Do not bind off the swatches!
