ATC SCM19AT (Active Tower) Floorstanding Speaker

Description The SCM19AT (Active Tower) takes the drivers from the well-reviewed SCM19 and packages them in a floorstanding configuration with active crossover and bi-amplification. The cabinet features curved sides and a sealed box bass alignment. Drive units are made in house: 1" ATC soft dome featuring a 1.5 tesla neodymium magnet with dual suspension and no ferrofluid for long life. 6" ATC Super Linear mid / woofer featuring a short coil / long gap voicecoil, a huge 19.8lb magnet system and integral 3" soft dome for wide mid-frequency dispersion. Since this is an active speaker, each driver gets its own amplifier. The tweeter is powered by a 32W amp and the mid / woofer gets a 150W. The crossover incorporates phase compensation and higher order slopes than the passive version, and the input is via XLR.
