Regalia is back with this sweet washed Ethiopian from Bishan Dimo! This coffee has a that classic peachy Ethiopian profile but with lots of nice sweetness and a balanced profile. With Regalia's coffees we always find high clarity of acidity with nice and round sweetness and this coffee is a great example of that! This coffee also will open up after at least 2 weeks of rest and we suggest you try it 3-5 weeks out. Spring time is always associated with the arrival of fresh, fragrant, early-harvest Ethiopian coffee. From the Odo Shakisso district of the Guji zone, we present G1 Washed Coffees from Bishan Dimo washing station. We taste sweet lemon curd, fragrant vanilla, and subtle ripe garden peach.
