This hearty stew is full of flavor. Grassfed beef brisket is cubed then cooked for hours with garlic, ginger, and more than ten different herbs and spices. It includes large pieces of daikon radish and is topped with organic cilantro and green onion. This stew can be served on its own or with rice noodles.  This dish is slightly spicy from the szechuan pepper.
