This hearty, delicious beef and potato dish is cooked with green olives, raisins, capers and tomato sauce. It is best served with brown rice. Preparation To serve: Thaw in fridge. Warm picadillo gently on the stove until heated through. Steam rice separately, if desired. Once thawed, enjoy within 5 days. Serving Suggestions Enjoy with your favorite rice, quinoa, or potato dish: French fries, wedges, or mashed. Try corn on the cob as a side, or cornbread, or a green salad. Picadillo can also be used as a filling for empanadas, enchiladas, quesadillas, tacos, tortas, burritos, or burrito bowls, or you could even use it as a topping for nachos. Add to a tortilla and top with a fried egg for a picadillo huevos rancheros. Top with more olives or capers for an extra salty slash; add creaminess with grated cheese or a dollop of sour cream.
