VeeMAX II Variable Angle Sr Reflectance Accessory (base unit only). Fits all Thermo Nicolet FTIRS except IS5 and Summit models. Unit is designed to measure specular reflectance (mirror-like) surfaces. The incident angle can be changed/controlled as shown, and additional aperture(s) and polarizers can also be attached for measuring reflectance of dielectric materials (purchased separately).
