(0014-039) Thermo Spectra Tech Glancing Angle Reflectance Accessory

The glancing angle accessory is designed for thin films on metal or silicon substrates.  Combined with a polarizer, it is used of thin film analysis (composition) as well as thickness.  The polarizer is often used for applications in determining film thickness or film orientation on silicon or metal substrates.  This includes a polarizer which mounts direction on the from the of the waveguide, and gold slides for taking a reference reading (or background). Fits all Thermo Nicolet FTIRs except the IS5 and Summit models.
