Item Details: Premium quality Bernard® style contact tips 7400-series; work with gas diffuser 4435 and 4335 to fit Bernard® Q(TM) and S(TM) MIG guns. Tip Features: No threads- Elliptical shape quickly locks in place with a 1/4" turn for quick replacement. Provides adjustable tip to work distance and allows for fast and easy changeover. Have a much longer surface area for electrical and heat transfer than fine threaded tips for extended tip life. Wide variety of standard slip-on nozzles to fit any application. Machined from a copper alloy tubing providing a consistent and smooth inside diameter surface. Each contact tip is marked showing Part No. and wire diameter. Inside diameter tolerance is held to +/-.003".
