Item Details: Premium quality T-series contact tip compatible with Bernard® Centerfire™ MIG welding parts. Contact tip with no-thread and "drop-in" design is perfect for quick change to reduce down time. Tapered tip seat used for better electrical conductivity. Greater surface area to diffuser and locking feature retaining head and lock prevent MIG gun from overheating as well as increase electricity conductivity. The loosening vibration design reduces wear and extends working life. Work with Bernard Centerfire gas diffuser D-1 and DS-1. Available tip sizes: 0.023" (T-023), 0.030" (T-030), 0.035" (T-035) and 0.045" (T-045). Machined from a copper alloy tubing providing a consistent and smooth inside diameter surface. Each contact tip is marked showing Part No. and wire diameter. Inside diameter tolerance is held to +/-.003".
