Kumusha Cabernet Sauvignon - 2022

Fermented in whole bunches in open fermenters, with pumpovers and 30 days maceration. Matured in 5000L foudres and no new oak. Undeniably a Cabernet nose, but brighter and juicier than most styles presented these days. All the grip is skin tannin, and the fresh juice and grip are very naturally friends. Really good; even a non-Cab drinker will enjoy this.
