Formerly known as NALP, this course asks participants to think about the leasing process from both the prospective residents and the current residents' points of view. This helps conceptualize the idea that everything they learn is important when building a successful leasing relationship. Leasing professionals learn professionalism, teamwork, relevant laws, effective sales processes, virtual leasing, and market analysis to develop the skills they need to bring in and retain residents successfully.  Engaging videos and lively discussions help to bring the key points to life. To earn the CALP credential, candidates must complete the following: Minimum of six months of onsite property management experience in a leasing role. (Experience can be obtained while taking the course; you will receive a provisional certificate until this requirement is met.) Successful completion of seven CALP courses  Successful completion of the CALP examination within six months of the course purchase date
