TACKY TROUSERS BASECOAT (3-FREE FORMULA)

A fast drying/tacky base coat that applies easily and creates excellent adhesion for nail polishes, and helps prevent the color from staining the nail bed. Can also be used before stamping/nailart as a tacky layer for images to stick to.  Directions for Use:  Apply 1 coat to clean dry nails before polish application.
