Milky peachy-blush/neutral base formula protects, and fortifies the nail with flexibility and durability and has rubberized properties which improves adhesion. Can also be used as a burnish type base coat.  Goes on sheer/with a hint of peachy/pink. Application:  Use on clean dry nails as the start to a great mani.
