Pittnauer 'Dogma' Rose 2021

npretentious and deeply satisfying rosé that functions more like a lighter red. 50% Blaufrankisch and 50% St Laurent fermented in steel and aged in amphora. A darker rosé with lots of berry fruit and a soft, viscous body. Lively mandarin orange notes, subtle Campari, and a nice savory finish. A wine you are likely going to want to have on a regular basis if I'm judging by how people bought this last vintage. It can pair with almost anything. I even remember opening a bottle of this after a fairly serious Burgundy tasting and just thinking 'aaaahhh' this is what really I needed.
