As the title indicates, this book incorporates the recipes from these 10 years in the Test Kitchen, a real 2500 square foot kitchen just outside Boston. It includes 650 pages of foolproof recipes and dozens of tips and techniques. It allows the reader to learn what happens in the test kitchen before the cameras start rolling, what's really involved in our recipe development process, and what lengths we'll go to in order to produce a "best" recipe. This copy is a 2009 copyright date. Some pages have been “dog-eared” and there are a few comments from a prior owner; otherwise in good condition. (previously owned)
