This is some of Niigata's finest ultra-premium daiginjo, brewed and bottled with minimal intervention - unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted - in other words, this is the straight dope. Crystal-clear notes of mineral, lemon-lime, juicy-drippy black plum, and honeysuckle.
