2023 Sauvignon Blanc

This is a unique, lean expression of Sauvignon Blanc for Two Wolves, with mostly stainless steel. It reminds us a bit of 2020.   With aromas of meringue and lemon, key lime pie, pistachio, and bay leaf, there is also a surprisingly lovely savory, briny element that would lend itself well to Thai food, or sushi with a beautiful ponzu sauce.   Elegant and lifted on the palate, with notes of lemongrass and white tea.    There’s techno music in the background, and I think maybe a hot day and yard work is in my future.
