This bright, fresh Sauvignon Blanc may be our best expression yet. White peach, limestone, yuzu, and kiwi aromas. It shows a serious minerality, and a lovely flintiness on the finish along with savory notes like oregano and sage. Easy to drink, while also being textural and bold. Pair with shaved fennel and grapefruit salad with a tangy vinaigrette, Dungeness crab (any shellfish, really), or a mushroom risotto.
