This program is intended for individuals who need a structured functional fitness workout program (with an endurance bias) that they can complete in under an hour each day. What does an "endurance bias" mean? In short, an endurance bias means training will be primarily focused on improving endurance. Specifically, training will focus on one or all four of the main monostructural metabolic conditioning exercises found in CrossFit: running, rowing, skiing & biking. After completing this program, you will see considerable improvement in your overall aerobic capacity. Each training day includes:  A Main Conditioning WOD Most training days you'll have an original high-intensity conditioning workout. Each workout will have a different stimulus, ranging from: short and long, light and heavy, high-skilled and low-skilled, and everything in between.
