Straight Bourbon Whiskey that is distilled in Tennessee. 121.6 proof cask strength bottling. Aged for 5 years in charred white oak barrels. Mash bill: 70% corn, 25% rye, 5% malted barley A complex bouquet of crushed toasted walnuts, honey vanilla and tangerine leaps from the glass. Once in the mouth it is luscious and deep with honey notes accompanying citrus, vanilla and an underlying hint of campfire smoke. The finish is lengthy, complex and slightly sweet.
