Class Description: Celebrate the colors and energy of spring in this joyful printmaking workshop! In this three-hour class, you'll learn how to create vibrant botanical-themed prints using the jigsaw linocut technique—a fun and painterly method that lets you incorporate multiple colors into a single carved block.  We'll draw inspiration from flowers, leaves, and other signs of spring as we design and carve our own linoleum blocks, cut them into puzzle-like pieces, and ink them up in bright, seasonal hues. You'll take home your own edition of original hand-printed artwork, perfect for gifting or framing. This class is great for beginners and returning printmakers alike—come get inky, explore color, and celebrate the beauty of spring through print! All materials provided. Just bring your creativity and clothes you don’t mind getting messy.
