This is for 6 cubes each in 1 small box. Jameed is a Bedouin-Jordanian dried sheep or goat's milk yoghurt. The yoghurt is placed in a cheesecloth to allow whey to drain until just the yoghurt, or lahban, remains. Salt is added and it's allowed to dry in the shade to maintain its white color.
