The map was "engraved" by Thorpe Engraving Company, as indicated near the box for Santa Monica by the Sea. Shows city limits, street names, railroads, and other establishments and buildings of note. Features numerous advertisements for banks and businesses within the city. Verso shows an alphabetized street index.
