The resistance control knob lets users choose the pedal resistance best for them, enabling a customized workout. Changing resistances is as simple as turning the knob. Progress is easily tracked with a 5-function exercise computer. This device indicates the time exercised, calories burned, the distance traveled, how many pedal rotations were completed and the Rotations Per Minute (RPM). Scan is an option in which the computer rotates through all the functions, displaying each briefly.
