Released in 2023, this small batch rye was distilled in Indiana and is a blend of 13 barrels, 11 of which were double oaked. It was blended by Sherri and Mark Carter and bottled at cask strength without chill filtration. Age NAS (Minimum 7 Years) Mash Bill 95% Rye. 5% Malted Barley.
