Released in 2023, this small batch rye was distilled in Indiana then finished in new toasted oak barrels of varying char levels. It was blended by Sherri and Mark Carter and bottled at cask strength without chill filtration. Age NAS (Minimum 7 Years) Mash Bill 95% Rye. 5% Malted Barley. Proof 115.6 / 57.8% ABV Yield 1,612 Bottles Via the brand - "Fruit forward with honeycomb on the nose and explosive on the palate with cinnamon sugar-rimmed cream soda and white chocolate-dipped cherries. The long, rolling ride finishes with a touch of wood and the slightest bit of mushroomy funk."
