Custom Order
PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY I love to create custom pieces for my customers, be it for weddings & wedding parties, events, gifts, vacations or just every day! There is something so rewarding to me about creating one of a kind pieces for you that makes me SO happy! Before purchasing there are a few things you'll need to let me know in the notes section at checkout: -What do you want? Be as detailed as possible. -What size? Do you want a stud? Do you want a dangle? If so, small, medium or large? -How many? Are you purchasing one set? Or multiple? -Please note that I also offer badge reels, pins, keychains & hair clips, as well! -When do you need it by? Is this an order that can be completed in my typical turn around time of 21 business days? Or do you need this sooner, by an expected date? -If you need an expedited order, please let me know so we can try to accommodate this. There are a few important things to note about my custom orders: -I do NOT recreate pieces from other polymer clay artists. While I love and appreciate everyone's love and want to support me, I strongly encourage that if you see a piece from another artist, you support them and purchase from them! We work hard to create beautiful pieces and in our community it's important to me that we all help protect each other's individual designs. -I do not offer samples, or anything BEFORE having this $35 fee is paid. I am an artist and I take your ideas and create something for you! This also sometimes includes drawing & printing a cutter design specific to your order. I will send updates throughout the process of your order to ensure you are happy with the piece. However, please note that you are paying me to create something for you for a reason. -When you purchase this item, which is $35, you are agreeing that this $35 is non-refundable. This secures your spot for my custom work, and it is NOT necessarily your full price. It secures your place for me to work with you personally. It gives you access to me via e-mail or messages where we will discuss specifics of your pieces to ensure I am bringing your vision to life for you. -Once this order is placed, you will be e-mailed by me from sylenesgems@gmail.com. In that e-mail I will clarify any questions I have and send you a quote for full price. THE $35 IS NOT THE FULL PRICE FOR CUSTOM WORK! Many factors play into your total and final price, but we discuss that after the security deposit is paid. In some cases, the $35 is the final price BUT NOT ALWAYS. -After we agree to what you want, I will send a second invoice for you to pay. I DO NOT begin ANY custom work until that invoice is paid. Your 21 day turn around time begins from the day you pay this final invoice. Please keep this in mind for any orders you need expedited. -If you need multiple sets for your order you do NOT need to pay this fee twice. You simply pay once and that's it, regardless of the size of your order. -The $35 fee you pay here goes towards your order if you decide to go with me for a custom piece. -My final prices for custom work are determined by how many pieces you need, when you need them by, and how complex they are. -If you have questions BEFORE purchasing this spot, please send me a an e-mail at sylenesgems@gmail.com Unfortunately, I cannot accept full blown discussions on custom pieces without this purchase. When you purchase custom work from me you aren't just paying for an item, you're paying for my time, my extensive knowledge, and my resources.
