Design it. Print it. Press it. Make it yours. Spend a relaxed, creativity-packed afternoon with fellow potters as we watch and create alongside Catie Miller's online workshop. Explore her vibrant approach to designing and printing custom ceramic transfers—from first sketch to final surface. This 5-hour hands-on workshop walks you through Catie’s full process for creating repeatable, layered surface designs that feel personal and playful. Have a design ready to go—something you’ve drawn digitally or even a favorite image you’d love to turn into a transfer. From there, you’ll print a transparency, expose your own 8.5x11 screen, and learn to screen print your design using underglaze. Once printed, you’ll watch Catie’s process video for adding colored slip to bring even more dimension and pop to your patterns.
